The latest guidance for challenging behaviour and learning disabilities was published by The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), yesterday. NICE state the guidance ‘will cover the care and shared care provided or commissioned by health and social care, in whatever care setting the person lives’.
The guidance, ‘Challenging behaviour and learning disabilities: prevention and interventions for people with learning disabilities whose behaviour challenges’ gives guidance on the care of children, young people and adults with a learning disability.
